RETURNING NON-CUSTOMISED ITEMS.
If you are unhappy with any item you have purchased, you may return it to us (in the manner set out below) within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the item, requesting either (i) an exchange item or (ii) a refund of the price paid.
This does not include any item that has been customised in any manner in accordance with your instructions. Please note any item bought from Club Shops are classed as customised items and are therefore none returnable. We cannot replace personalised items due to sizing issues we therefore ask you measure chest and waist prior to ordering.
RETURNING FAULTY OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS.
Where an item you have purchased is faulty or defective in some way (fair wear and tear accepted), you are obliged to return the item to us within 14 days of purchase and may request either (i) an exchange item or (ii) a refund of the price paid.
WHAT TO RETURN?
(i) the item
(ii) all packaging (in a reasonable condition) received with the item
(iii) proof of purchase (i.e. copy of invoice/ web order)
(iv) Write a returns letter containing:-
(a) reason for return
(b) address where replacement/exchange item is to be sent (if applicable)
(c) a contact number
(d) any other relevant details
HEALTH AND HYGIENE.
For reasons of health and hygiene we are unable to exchange or refund the following products:
- Underwear, skorts and swimwear
- Headwear unless faulty

Please note: For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items not received.
COST OF RETURNING ITEMS:
Where you wish to return an item that is not faulty or defective, you are liable to pay for the cost of returning the item to us. In addition, where we incur any re-stocking fee or administration fee in processing your exchange or refund, we will debit this from any amount to be refunded in advance and forward you the balance. In some cases, the re-stocking fee will be the cost of the item.
We regret that no postage or carriage can be refunded and that postage will be charged for all items sent out for an exchange at our standard rate of £3.99. We will contact you via email/ phone to collect your payment details to make this transaction.
Where the item is faulty or defective, we will refund to you the cost of return (provided a receipt is enclosed).
TIME TO PROCESS RETURNS:
We will try to process your exchange or refund as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 14 working days for us to action your request.
Where possible we will deliver your goods within 7-10 working days. Please note weekends are not classified as working days as well as bank holidays that are applicable to England. On multiple orders, we will dispatch where possible the items together. Regarding overseas orders please email firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your requirements and dispatch costs.
